Are major firms in the property industry serious? They still go through the process of hiring, firing but worse still writing job descriptions, advertising, interviewing, training, sending the details to the tax office, paying holiday pay, sick pay .. blah blah blah... that is so 2007 and yet firms in the valuation, engineering and other related industries are still doing it.

An exciting position has become available for a motivated individual to accept the full time role of Team Coordinator in our Valuation and Consultancy division. Working for a well respected global organisation, this role provides true variety and challenging work in a vibrant environment.
In this role you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the Valuations Division by drawing on your technical skills in systems and applications including the Microsoft suite of products.
Prior administration experience and advanced MS Word skills is required.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Provide secretarial support to the division
- Assist other support staff when & if necessary
- Preparation and production of Valuation Reports
- Formatting documents and reports
- Typing of general correspondence
- Binding, copying, faxing, e-mailing including but not limited to all administration tasks
- Ensure filing is kept up to date and accurate including archiving
- Research Property Sections of newspapers on a regular basis, copying articles/press releases of importance to division
- Diary keeping and scheduling meetings
- Database maintenance
- Preparation of presentations
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- 2 Years minimum experience in a similar role
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Able to work flexible hours
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound prioritisation and time management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
